I have a special interest in working with clients exploring racial identity and LGBTQ+ experiences. Using EMDR, mindfulness, play therapy, and other trauma-informed practices, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel understood and empowered. I hold a BSW from Marist University and an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work, with additional training in Achieving Racial Equity in Social Work Practice. As someone who has experienced profound loss and spent years in talk therapy yearning for something deeper, I understand what it feels like to walk out of a session and still feel like something is missing. That journey is what brought me here, and it’s what I carry into every session. I work with children, adults, and families carrying trauma, grief, life transitions, and the weight of things that have never had words — and together we go beyond talking. Through expressive arts, play, movement, and the wisdom of the body, we create space that feels held, safe, and full of discovery. I show up fully as myself, and together we make space for you to do the same. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQ+ affirming values, because healing never happens outside the context of who we are and the world we live in. I believe the magic and joy of life is not only real — it is possible for you. I’d love to help you find your way there.
