Like many people, I came to this work through my own experiences. After living through profound loss and spending years in talk therapy, I found myself wanting something more. I wanted healing that wasn’t just about understanding my story, but actually feeling different. That search is what led me to the work I do today.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and experiences that can feel difficult to put into words. While talking can be an important part of therapy, it isn’t always enough. I often incorporate expressive arts, play, movement, and body-based approaches to help clients process experiences in ways that feel more natural and complete.

My goal is to create a relationship where you feel accepted, supported, and able to be yourself. I strive to meet each person with curiosity rather than judgment, recognizing that every story, identity, and lived experience matters. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in respect for the many ways people experience the world.

I believe healing is possible. Even after life’s hardest moments, people can reconnect with themselves, find hope again, and create a life that feels meaningful. It would be an honor to be part of that process with you.
